Introduction



We each go about our day to day lives and some of us think about the greater concept of life while others of us don’t. Some of us believe that we are all spiraling toward death and none of the choices we make today are going to affect us much in the long run. Some believe that fate or a higher power has paved the way for us while others are constantly struggling with doubts on whether they have made the right choices. We all think differently – but what we don’t realize is how our environment and thoughts do affect us. 

My goal for this blog is to discuss how to develop a balanced life for increased contentment in life. It’s going to include multiple topics such as the influence of mind, spirit, and body on each other and communication/interactions with others. It will also include topics on relationships. Now as an independent therapist, I do not see this as being a replacement for actually seeing a professional therapist in person (which will be another topic to discuss: technological communications versus in-person communications) but it might give you a first step in the right direction.
